- The Gadget Galore & Giveaway Contest (“Contest”) is open to all Malaysian traders only. Participants must be at least 18 years old and and must have a verified account and comply with all regulatory requirements.
- Minimum of USD $50 deposit into participant real account to obtain 1 ticket joining this giveaway. Each $50 deposit qualifies the participant for one lucky draw ticket. Multiple deposits are allowed, and each additional $50 will earn the participant an extra ticket.
- The contest runs from 14th October 2024 to 14th November 2024. All deposits made with website submission during this period will be eligible for participation.
- The winners of the Contest will be chosen through a random lucky draw. The number of entries is directly proportional to the number of valid deposits made, with each $50 deposit earning one ticket.
- Winners will be announce through SaracenMarkets Facebook live session and will be notified via email or phone. The decision of the Company is final and binding regarding the selection of winners, and no correspondence will be entertained regarding this decision.
- The prizes will consist of various gadgets (e.g., smartphones, smartwatches, home tech devices), and will be announced prior to the draw. The Company reserves the right to replace any prize with an item of similar value if necessary. The following prizes are available to the selected winners:
– Xiaomi Electric Scooter, Xiaomi SmartTV, Xiaomi Note 13 Smartphone, Huawei Smartwatch, JBL Earbud, JBL Speaker & Saracen Markets exclusive T-Shirt. - All winners shall accept the prizes on an “as is” basis. The eligibility to claim the prize will be forfeited if the winners cannot be contacted within ONE (1) week from the announcement date.
- The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant found violating the Contest terms or engaging in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
